Returns & Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund. Exchanges are subject to item availability. International orders have fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund.

Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after fourteen (14) days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.

Refund

Refund(s) for garments are issued in the form of original payment only minus original shipping & handling. Shipping charges such as expediated shipping, US territories or international shipping is nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Trentacosta.com will make every effort to exchange eligible merchandise for a different size, color or style. Exchanges depend on availability. Shipping rates such as expediated shipping, US territories or international shipping apply. All Continental US addresses receive free ground shipping.

The garments must be returned in original condition. We inspect all garments before leaving our warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must be attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors, or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.

How to Return Garment(s):

 

You must first get a Return Authorization number. You can obtain a Return Authorization number by requesting one from the following email:

*No returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization number.Inspect the garments.

All items returned or exchanged must meet the following standards:

They must be unworn. They must have original tags attached in original positions. They cannot have stains, soils, tears, odors or damage of any kind. They must be returned with all accessories such as belts, etc.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Shipping garment(s) to Trentacosta.com

Put your Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the outside of the box. Insurance recommended. A signature is required.

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt or the package will be refused. International orders must be postmarked within (21) days of receipt or the package will be refused.

Shipping costs for return and exchange are non-refundable. Trentacosta.com only accepts prepaid shipping packages. C.O.D. is not accepted.
